About

I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment, Imperial College London.

Research

We study turbulence and mixing in environmental fluid flows using a combination of laboratory experiments, field observations and computational models.

Publications

Browse my list of publications, including PDF copies, links to supplementary materials, open-source datasets and movies.

Talks

I try to keep an up-to-date list of my conferences and invited seminars, and I share some of my slides, posters and video recordings.

Introductory videos

Since a picture is worth a thousand words, and a video is worth a million, I made a few short (1 to 3 minutes) videos to introduce my research into stratified flows and turbulence, why they're fascinating, and why they're important.
